She stared at him, not moving, not making a sound. Her eyes held no expression. The painted smile looked eerie on her unnaturally pale face. She held a long bow with an arrow ready, silently waiting for the man to move. The wind blew her skirt and hair, but she did not budge.
The man became irritated at the standstill, and swung his great sword. She dodged with ease, not making so much as a whisper and released her arrow. It peirced him in the back sending him to the ground, his great sword landing with a thunk at his side.
The woman walked to him, another arrow drawn and ready to fire.
"How...How can you be so fast?" The man asked. She simply smiled, and released the arrow to his head.
